Refund policy

We offer returns & exchanges for US and Canadian customers on eligible products within 14 days of the ship date. We offer exchanges only on eligible products within 30 days of the ship date. We won't be able to offer returns or exchanges of any kind after the days outlined.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send unwanted products back to AOW FITS in order to receive a refund or have a new product sent out in exchange.

Regular-priced items are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days of the ship date. Items that are discounted by 30% or more during our site-wide sales are considered to be final sale.

Items marked as exchange only are eligible for an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value or store credit.

All items that are marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges of any kind. AOW FITS reserves the right to refuse a return or not accept an item to be exchanged if it is deemed to be in non-sellable condition.
